About us

Podcasting operational change management inside of workflows to establish a framework. Taking key indicators offline to maximise the tail.

Our Story

Lilo means ‘unadulterated’, ‘pure’, and ‘clean’.

Our organization is based on three main ideas: (i) that our bodies need nourishing, plant-based foods in their purest form to function optimally, (ii) that our environment when supported and cherished, can give us the right foods, and (iii) that we don’t have enough organic food options on our grocery shelves. In short, we believe that the foods we eat should be good for us, good for the earth, and enough for everyone.

That’s where our company comes in– we are organic farmers with an unwavering commitment to providing organic options and empowering other farmers to do the same. Our farm still operates as if our products are made for friends and family, yet leverages the advantage of scale through partnerships and business acumen to reach more households.

We produce horticultural crops all-round, process some of them to increase their shelf life, and train smallholder farmers on regenerative agriculture and climate-smart farming.

Growing community through a robust internal culture

Our Core Values

Our team promises to deliver on each of these values in our services:

Sustainability

From the pre-production stage, we use environmentally-friendly methods of farming, and encourage our farmers to do the same. All our farms are organic, with full regenerative and climate-smart systems.

Equal Opportunities for all

Lilo partners with local communities to train farmers on best practices and to provide a ready market for organic produce

Environmental Conservation

Our goal is to become a ‘zero waste’ company with over 90% of our waste diverted from landfills

Integrity

Practicing regenerative agriculture in a world where conventional practices are mainstream is hard. But to Brene Brown’s words, we are choosing courage over comfort, what is right over what is fun, fast or easy

Our experience spans the full agricultural value chain
Because farmers seldom focus on one phase alone

We provide special solutions across the agricultural value chain, from production to consumption. Although we don’t solve for all agricultural challenges, we have coupled some complementary services that are especially crafted for smallholder farmers.
